What to eat....calories calories...

Hi Guys

Can you see if the below is correct

My BMR is 1620.95 calories (is this what I need to eat to stay alive)

My Harris Benedict Formula BMR X 1.55 (I chose moderately active because I average 10,000 steps every day and I go spinning on Monday, aqua aerobics and swimming lessons on Tuesday, boot camp on Thursday and ballet on Saturday every week) this equaled 2512.4725 calories apparently this is what I need to maintain my weight and go gym 4 times a week

Then to lose weight I need to reduce my calories by 1000 calories so should be eating 1513 every day to lose weight if I exercise 4 times a week.

Does this sound correct?

    Somewhere between 1500 and 2000 is probably correct for you, yeah. Just remember, since you set your actively level to "moderately active" you shouldn't log your exercise and eat those calories back!

    the 1500 is including exercise so you dont add the exercise and eat the extra calories
