Advice on 30 Day Shred

I'm thinking of trying the 30 Day Shred and I'm a beginner when it comes to working out. I kind of want to start immediately but I'm gone for a week for mission work real soon.. So my question to you guys is should I go ahead and start now or wait till I get back from my mission work?

    Start now and get as far as you can. Then re-start when your back :wink:

    Go ahead and give it a shot now. If you're very new to working out I can almost guarantee you will be super sore after the first day. If you can go through full throttle from now until you leave then good on you, but giving it a go now also gives you the chance to ease into it if it turns out to be tougher than you were expecting.

    Btw, I've started and stopped the shred several times over the past couple years. I just finished day five today of this round and finally feel like I am fully committed to making it through!
