1) give the OP an answer they didn't want to hear.
2) request peer-reviewed research instead of personal anecdotes as justification for a statement.
3) use logic in your arguments.
4) be skeptical about unfounded claims and assertions (also known as "The Shakeology Rule").
5) post funny gifs.
do any or all of these things and you will quickly be called "mean & rude". when it happens, wear it like a badge of honor...
...or not.
