Baked Buffalo Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:
16oz of boneless/skinless chicken tenderloins
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup of plain breadcrumbs
2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt-free cajun seasoning
1 tsp. parsley flakes
6 tbsp. butter
1 medium-sized bottle of hot sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2) Whisk eggs and egg whites with 1 tsp. sea salt and 1 tsp. pepper.
3) In a separate bowl, mix plain breadcrumbs with 1 tsp. sea salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 1 tsp. seasoned salt, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. salt-free cajun seasoning, and 1 tsp. parsley flakes.
4) Bread the chicken tenderloins.
5) Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min.
6) Flip chicken over and bake for another 10 min.
7) In a skillet, melt 6 tbsp. butter, 1 medium-sized bottle of hot sauce, and 1 tbsp. white vinegar together, stirring occasionally.
8) Toss the chicken and the buffalo sauce together.

Sounds delicious. I will have to try it. I have been looking for some spicier meals to get out of the rut of eating bland food and this may just do the trick.0
