I am so motivated to lose the last 15lbs and would love some support friends to keep me accountable! I have two kids, 2 & 4 years old and the last 15lbs have been so brutal to shed. If anyone has advice or is looking for some motivational friends on MFP please add me

I don't have any advice, but find the last 15 lbs harder than the first, and the second! I also have two kids, but they are a bit older and I can drag them with me to exercise....0

My best advice is just to keep your goal in mind and stay positive!!! Work out when you can and stay active. Housework and chasing children around are good workouts too!! After struggling for a few months, I finally lost the 5 pounds that seemed to be imposible to loose. I cut down the amount of calories I ate by half for about a week.0

Welcome back! You are already doing a wonderful thing by committing yourself to come back and work at it, great job! Being a mom and remembering to take care of yourself is tough work, I know! I am a mom to 3 beautiful children- 1, 4 and 5 years. Feel free to add me. My advice: Do something different for your body, switch up your exercise routine. Worked for me for that last 15 pounds- yoga! It totally worked for me... heated vinyasa. And of course monitoring your food intake here at MFP and monitor the sugar. All the best to you truly! You can do it!0
