New :)

Hi everyone!

I'm new to MFP and will be starting to log my food and exercise tomorrow. I am looking for friends for mutual support and encouragement!

A little about me:
I'm 29, 5'6, weigh 160lbs and would like to lose 15-20 pounds. I plan to swim a couple of times per week and do yoga, and maybe some weight training too! I live with my boyfriend and our dog and work irregular hours. My goal is to be in the best shape of my life by the time I turn 30 next summer!

I'm looking forward to this challenge!
