Hi, I have a few questions about dropping the last ten lbs. I have lost about 50lbs since Jan mainly by cleaning up my diet and portion sizes now I am struggling to lose the rest. I am 6' male cw 191 lbs. I have been working out about 5 days a week now for about 45 mins. Three of these days are 30 min cardio the rest is lifting. On a normal day I am left with about 500 calories extra. My question is should I be eating these back? I also changed my settings to lose a pound a week now so I will have more cals left. Any input would be helpful. Should I mainly lift with less cardio and eat cals back? Help please. Thanks:smile:

How many calories are you eating / day? What are your macros?

Today was 1900 one of my higher days. I watch carbs, sugar, protein, sodium, and fat. The one I go over the most is sodium. Sugar I do too but, mainly because of fruit.

you might want to flip your routine around and go three days weight lifting and two days cardio ...

something like compound lifts - deads, squats, chin ups, pull ups, over head press, etc - and then incorporate them into a full body routine three days a week (m,wf) and run on tues/friday....
