This is probably my 3rd time around trying to lose weight. I just had my sweet baby boy in March and I am ready to get back into it. In my first week I lost 4 lbs and now i am in my second week and i am already down another 4 and the week isnt over. I feel healthier than ever before, I have energy and I actually have figured out to exercise even though I have a new born to take care of.
I am eating super balanced and I just started the 90 day body by vi challenge. It is amazing and I love it love it love it. Great community, great nutrition and great results. It and Myfitnesspal is whats keeping me on track. This is it, I'll be hot mama in no time. Goal: 30-40 lbs in the first ninety days on the 90 day challenge. And building lean muscle. I am doing it! I am seeing the difference in me already.
