Jillian Michaels help!

hey guys, today I started doing Jillian Michaels: banish fat boost metabolism. Has anyone had any success doing it so far? How many days a week should I do it? On day 7 of the 30 day shred aswell. which is the most effective would you say? Just want to lose the weight as quick as possible!

    I had good results with the 30ds. I toned more than lost. I was looking at the "banish fat, boost metabolism" also.

    It's a rotation suposedly created by Jillian ( although I cant find the original source). It consists of the 30DS, No More Trouble Zones, and Burn Fat/Boost Metabolism.

    N.B. 'Quick Trouble Zones' is the standing part of 'No More Trouble Zones'.

    Here is what the program looks like

    DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 3 - NO MORE TROUBLE ZONES
    DAY 4 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 5 - BANISH FAT, BOOST METABOLISM
    DAY 6 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES
    DAY 7 - OFF!
    DAY 8 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
    DAY 9 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 2
    DAY 10 - QUICK TROUBLE ZONES

    DAY 11 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 2
    DAY 12 - BANISH FAST, BOOST METABOLISM

    What I do not get in this rotation is why you would do "quick trouble zones" (and skip the abs part) and then anyway do a 30 DS.

    Wouldn't it make more sense to just to the whole Trouble zones?

    i get it if it is a time thing and you would only do the quick, but doing the quick plus another workout makes no sense to me :(

    Anyone know?
