Hello everyone,

My name is Jazmin and I would love new friends to add and help to educate me more and motivate me along my new journey to be FIT :) Over the last three years I've been too focused on certain aspects of my life (Certain goals... Job, Raises, Car, Home.) Things llike that and I forgot about the importance of being healthy and fit as little by little I gained more and more weight being as im so TINY (4'9) when I stepped on the scale and saw 145 I freaked I went online to check a healthy weight well its far from where I am ... I first became ashamed because I didn't understand how I could let myself gain so much and not take notice .. anyway the day I stepped on the scale was the day I went FIT CRAZY lol I immedietly started looking into healthier foods and what to do in a diet to further educate myself on fitness so I can make better decisions..

When I came across this site I was ecstatic to see all you can do and I've never been the best at counting calories or keeping track so that was amazing to me now I would like to expand my friends to people who want to be fit as well and have motivation for me that I can share with them as well :):drinker: CHEERS LOL:bigsmile:

    Oh I feel you! I moved to California a few years ago, and BAM gained 50 pounds over night. I managed to keep from gaining any excess, but since then my life has started to calm down enough that I can also focus on my fitness :) I'll send you a friend request!

    I already sent you a friend request and you already accepted. Im honored to be your friend but whats really cool is that you live in Jersey. Its nice to finally meet someone in the same state (well, not officially met but you get the point, lol!). Anyway, hopefully we can stay connected. I can be a great help to you if you have any question on what meals to eat throughout the day. If you want to know anything, let me know.
