THE BEST... PANCAKES... AND WAFFLES... YOU WILL EVER EAT!!

Hello fellow MFP friends!! Today I got sick and tired of not being able to eat proper pancakes and all the recpies i tried tasted like cardboard and didnt meet my nutrition values... Pretty much all of them are no carbs which just kills it for me.. So i took matters into my own hands today and made my own recpie that meets my goals per meal.. while i was at it i did some meal prep as well :) So as promised here is the recpie for them!!!

Protein Pancake and Waffle mix recpie

40g Buckwheat Flour
28g Coconut Flour
1 Large Egg
2 Egg Whites
1/2 Serving Cottage Cheese
1/2 Serving Blue Star IsoSmooth Vanilla
1/2 Tea Spoon Baking Powder
Splenda & Cinnoman to taste

Slowly add almond milk while mixing until mixture becomes same consitancy as regular Butter Pancake mix (for waffles leave it a little thicker)

Cook whatever way you like them, i did waffle skillet and used Pam cooking spray on frying pan to make pancakes. Once done top them with low calorie syrup and berries or some good peanut butter!!

This is based close to 40% carb 40% Protein and 20% fat ratio so leaves you with macros of

Per Mix!
451 Calories
10 Fat
38 Carbs
38 Protein

While i was doing all that i did some meal prep as well :P 45 pancakes/waffles combined, crap loud of meals consiting of
-Buckwheat
-Sweet potato mashed
-Baby Potato
-Veggies
-Beans
-Tilapia
-Salmon
-Chicken
-Ground Beef

Very nice looking, not sure if I can find all those ingredients in the Uk here.
Super curious as to your diet, you look to be very lean.
