A few years ago I joined MFP and although it was slow going at first, over time I got use to keeping track of food and exercise and started to feel strongly motivated. Took me almost 2 years but I was able to loose 70 lbs.

Funny how you think you have it all under control and I didn't think I needed to deal with all the record keeping and could just do it on my on. Well to make a long story short, After 6 months of doing it on my own, I gained 20 lbs and started turning in to a couch potato again.

I am back and looking forward to being on the right track again. I look forward in making new friends to help support as well as support them. To all and any who wish to add me as a friend, feel free.

Good luck to all on your goals as well.

I'm still very early in my journey but I will keep that tip close at hand, I have done the same in the past and that is why I am here now too. Lesson learned, I hope this time, thanks for sharing that.
