      I've tried my best to stick to a high protein/low fat diet. I began with mostly cardio, until my trainer for a cousin schooled me on strength training. I workout 5-6 days a week. Currently I'm in my third week of Insanity and I love it. Goal weight is 200-205lbs. I wanna continue losing that body fat, and toning things up.
