Hello im new hope to get loads of tips and encouragement from you all..... Stared weight watchers in June was 10stone 11lb now im 9st 7. delighed do lots of walikg hour half a day,,,,,

    Hey :)

    This site is really good in helping you track your exercise and food consumption. I only joined a few days ago but have found if i have to write it down i tend to both eat slightly healthier and do more exercise.

    Walking for half n hour a day is a good start, keep motivated.
