Hello looking for females who live near Waverly, Ohio or surrounding areas to be a help with losing weight and I would do my best to help encourage the person in return. I'm tired of feeling sluggish, tired and disgusted!! I lost weight for our Wedding last July (2012), took ACE for the longest time, but now losing the weight seems to be at a halt. Anyone??? Any advice??

Thxs for all the replies, this weight loss thing is harder than I thought, but now I am seeing I'm not alone. Awhile back I started using this site but gave up quickly. Now I realize it's not about losing weight, but changing my lifestyle. I started last year by using ACE (appetite energy, control) which worked well, I lost 24 pounds by July for our wedding, but now I put some of the weight back on. When I cam back from my bike ride and PT (physical therapy) today something told me to check the scales and I lost some more yea!! so it's a pound here and there but I already am starting to feel better!! Maybe if anyone knows where the nice flood wall walk in Chillicothe is maybe down the road we all could meet maybe once a month or something and take a walk. I don't do inside gyms or things like that. I am agoraphobic (the fear of public places) so a open outdoor walk should be okay. Well just a thought, but for now the encouragement is much needed and appreciated. I might not be online everyday, but rest assured I'll do my best to help everyone out where I can. Well thxs again, God bless and have a great day, AM0

The flood wall in Chilly is great. You come up 23 to 35 and stay on 35 till you get to 104. turn left at the light and you pass under the flood wall bridge. Turn left into the parking lot across for Subway. if you go right on flood wall it is 5 miles up and back. takes you by the river down to main street. it's If you go left on flood wall across the bright it goes clear to Frankfort. about 20 miles I would guess. The walk in really nice. it is all paved and shaded in most places. I walked it last week in the rain and it kept me cool and didn't really get get. was a nice cool walk.0
