Returny Needs Help

Hi all was at this last year and like always lost interest , I weight 361 lbs when at doctors yesterday ,he told me to lose or I will be dead.... On Sep 2,2011, I was operated on for 10 th time in 12 years on a hernia , I spent 72 days in Hamilton General Hospital , near death some of the time , have been home since Nov 15,2011 and still under wound care , weight is not helping , so I came back here for more support and I need to walk my daughter Heather who is also on here for her wedding ,Part of problem is I can not due much exercise and am on long term disabilty due to bad knee which doesn't help at being over weight. I really need to work hard at this as my wife of 39 years and daughter are also at me ,... I CAN DO THIS yes I can .. Thanks for listening , as I will except all new friends .
