Help my calf

Hey MFP,
I run for 30 minutes everyday and do stretches before and after and i still have huge calf on my legs.
Any one know how to treat that problem?

Huge calf on the leg. Are you trying to "shrink" the size of the calf itself? Is that what you're getting at or are you just going for a troll moment?0

No cramps, just want to instead of one huge block of muscle on my leg, maybe lean it out vertically, it's pretty obvious now. =(0
