Ripped in 30 challenge starts 7/29 - lets get motivated!

OK i've decided to start this on Monday to finish by the end of August and means we can start a new level every Monday. I figure we can post our stats on the first day of level 1, the first day of level 3 for a half way point and then again at the end. Measurements especially, does not matter if the scale doesn't move! If you want to take pictures you can but you don't have to. Try to log in as much as you can to support one another and lets get rid of those inches!

If anyone has any suggestions as to the rules of this challenge please offer them, we have 4 days before we start :)
Hopefully this will be fun and we may even make some friends along the way. I don't know about you all but I tend to stick to something better if i am held accountable lol

    This sounds awesome. As you know my last day of 30ds is today.
    For the rest of this week I am going to continue with the C25K program and some streching and yoga. :)
    Can't wait to start Monday!
