Reached goal weight, but hit a plateau

*I know there are probably countless posts like this already on here, apologies.*
So since February I've lost a total of 20 lbs, currently weighing in at 122/123 and the last time I checked 6 weeks ago, my body fat percentage was 23% (don't know what it is now, or how accurate that even is). I don't know how much of that loss was from lean body mass but I was eating at a (large) deficit and doing a lot of weight training so I lose as little muscle as possible.
Fast forward to now and the scale hasn't budged in weeks, months.....I obviously have hit my goal weight but now that's changed and I want to get my body fat percentage down to 15-18%, which would put me between 110-117 lbs. I have taken the advice from what I have read on here and recalculated my TDEE (2050) and macros, and upped my calories to 1850 instead of 1450. I am eating as much protein as possible and trying to keep it between 100-120g because I really do not want to lose any additional muscle at all. I am still doing strength training 3x a week but had to stop with my 'heavy' lifting because I tore a muscle in my glute (unrelated injury).
I guess my question is, am I doing things right at this point to reach my goal? Should I keep doing what I was doing before when I was losing weight? I know MFP is pretty inaccurate when they recommend calories, which is why I figured out my TDEE and am now eating more. It does feel weird though to be eating an additional 400 calories every day for the past few days. Do you think that I am making the right choice, with eating more? I really want to lose these last few pounds but want to keep it strictly from fat. There is so many different opinions out there, and I want to do this right....
Also you can check out my diary if you want, don't judge me if some days are really bad.

I think what you're doing sounds good..
my weight stayed the same for months too, but I still lost body fat (going to gym).0 -
The problem I guess is for the past few weeks I haven't noticed any physical changes I can see in myself to determine whether or not I'm making any progress, regardless of what the number on the scale is. I feel stronger, but I'm focused more on body composition now.0
