I have to say this is my favorite. And I stole it from my friend Freddi here. It pretty much sums it up for me.
"I want to remember that no one is going to make my dreams come true FOR ME. Its MY JOB to get up every day and work towards the things that are deepest in my heart...and enjoy every step of the JOURNEY
(Dont Stop Be Leaking. I added that part ) rather than wishing I was already where I want to end up."
It seems like alot of people want someone else, or they lay the "I can or can't" responsibility on if someone else is there or not for them. I mean people can help us to make it easier but..... Its all on us. We have to do it. It just seems like they want to blame others for Non-Support or someone is sabotaging their plan, for the excuse of not being at their goal. Its like they think... "Geeeee they more friends on MFP I have, I will surely get to my goal" No Maaaam, your going to have to do the work yourself........
For me, I know its my fault I have gained back some of my weight. And I take responsibility because the difference know is................... My 30 minutes "Structured Exercise" Thats the difference between my weight now, and my weight at the end of 2011.
Its "My Job" and its a hard job, but someone (ONLY ME) has to do it.1 -

“The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bulls*** story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it.”

I personally do not believe in luck. I think luck is an excuse for people who have failed in their mission to do something. If you do your track ratio correct, if you do your work, if you think about things, if you make the correct judgments on the risks that you take and if you stay out of the pits - then you win the race. And that's not luck, that's hard work.- Allan McNish0

Right after major back surgery, I realized there were certain exercises I'd never do again, but that fact failed to slow me down. Thus, my quote:

Shoot for the moon, even if you fall short you'll still land among the stars.
FALSE.
The moon is 384,000 km from the Earth; the closest star to us is Proxima Centauri, which is over 4.24 light-years away, or 4.01 x 10^13 km. Therefore:
1. If you "shoot for the moon" and fall short, you are likely to be pulled back into Earth's gravity and burn up upon re-entry into our atmosphere.
2. In the unlikely event that your trajectory and velocity would end your journey at one of the Lagrange points between the Earth and the moon, you would remain in orbit and die of suffocation in the blackness of space.
3. If you were to be shot at the moon with such velocity that you *would* end up amongst the stars if you missed, then you would be travelling far too fast to safely touch down on the moon, and would have be killed on impact with the moon.
