Strapped for time!

I've just started a new job which is a very long commute so I can't find anytime in the week to actually work out. I get up, ready and out the door at 6am and then I'm not home until 7, which I then have to cook and prepare the next days meals and take out other household chores! I used to to a 8 till 6 and found atleast 45 minutes to exercise but trying now just shatters me out by mid week. My diet is always clean, except if I gave a cheat meal. This week I have managed to loose a bit of weight just by dieting alone so I know my progress isn't a lost cause, but will exercising 2 hours every Saturday and Sunday, and also a Friday evening be enough to shift my last few pounds and tone up?

I need help!!

Can you work out over your lunch break, and eat a quick lunch at your desk?

HIIT training. Lots of videos on Youtube. 20 minutes and you're done.

I wish I could work out at lunch but I only get half an hour and sometimes not even that if I have meetings!
But thanks for your advice!! But would weekend workouts just be enough?

What's your morning routine like? Because why not wake up a bit earlier? There are plenty of short exercises on youtube, but personally I have found that the new Focus T25 workout kicks my butt and shows results. I wake up at 4AM or 5AM everyday, workout, take care of my horses in the morning, prepare my shake and meals for the day, then leave around 6AM for my hour and fifteen minute commute. They are only 25 minutes, and Shaun T woops you into shape! Then you won't have to exactly work out as hard on the weekends and that can be your time to sleep in. Another plus for working out in the morning is Fasted Cardio. You will burn the excess fat your body doesn't need.

Just an idea, because I found it works for me and my hectic life! :)
