Did my initial tests tonight with a friend and my man. I will be doing girly pushups and bicycle crunches (from 30day shred). Anyone is welcome to join us. We will begin the program Wednesday.

Initial test results ~
pushups ~ 20
situps ~ 18
squats ~ 41
Don't forget test is based on performing the moves without a break. Yay! this is exciting0 -
If I want start... can I do the initial test in the morning and then start tomorrow evening? I have heard of this before. I started the situp challenge and only stuck with it for 3 days. Maybe this time I can do it all the way through
I'm with ya!0 -

The site recommends waiting a few days between the initial test and starting the program. I would say if you can handle it, go for it though. The program is also set up to work 3 days per week, but I could see myself doing it more often.
Good luck ~0 -
I think if I do a practice in the morning and the actual start in the evening I will be fine. Not like I am doing a practice marathon lol.... I have been working out for quite a while, so I dont think it will be that big of a deal in the beginning. I want to really build up my strength! Will post my initial test in the am. Good luck to you as well :drinker:0

Sit-ups 46
Squats- 148
Haven't tried push-ups because those are the hardest for me. Plus my legs are burning and my heart is pounding.
I will try in the morning.0 -
i'm in! ill do the initial test tomorrow a.m.0

Well. I am the friend that started with her. So I thought I would post. IM IN and my legs are SORE today0

Today was day one of the challenge ~
Completed each set, may have underestimated my situps but that's ok. Also completed more squats on my max round than I did in the initial test, so will prolly move to column three for those. Push ups are the hardest and I guess that's why its the only 100 challenge :P
Oh, and Shipley LOVES squats ~0 -
Yeah so my legs are so sore. What am I suppose to do? I did 148 in the intial test... where am I suppose to go from there?
I am going to wait until I am unsore to start the first round.0 -

the website is www.twohundredsquats.com. This gives you the complete plan. Honestly, if you can do that many in your intial test, you may need a tougher program. I guess you could kinda tweek what they already have going and push for 400 squats. I am impressed. I wish I could do that many0 -
LOL, I just love it all. If it makes me sore I want double. LOL0

Yeah, I went to the website, but it did not put me in any of the plans. As for now, I am just going to rest until my legs heal. Then I will try again for the full 200.0

When you follow the links in the original post, there will be links in the middle of the page to download the complete program in PDF form. You can print and fold it to keep with you (makes a little booklet). It takes your results from the initial test and tells you where to start, and lays it all out for each week.
I hope your legs feel better soon!0
