TOUGH cardio dvds needed!

My vote goes to Bob Harper's Inside Out Method Body Rev Cardio Conditioning. (Only $3.99 on his website)
60 minutes of goodness!
I agree! And his other Inside Out Method dvds are good too.0 -
As someone asked and I didn't see a direct answer, NROLFW is "New Rules Of Lifting For Women."0

Thanks for the input everyone. I'm just about finished with NROLFW so I am looking to keep weight training but cardio is still an important factor.
I don't intend to follow the Insanity "program", rather just use the DVDs to mix in with what I already do. Someone asked why I needed dvds when I'm a runner..... errr.... I'm not a runner! Sometimes I run, more often I walk, but I do not enjoy it much. Think I burnt out running when I did my half marathon in 2011..... not been able to get back into it since.
Hoping to grab a 2nd hand copy of Insanity tomorrow.... kinda scaring me now after all your reviews ;-)0 -
Honestly, check out Zuska (see my previous post). I love her!0
