Strength Training

I do an overall body strength training class at the gym that lasts 50 minutes. How do I track that? I can't seem to find anything.

    I log mine under cardio -> strength training

    1) There is no way other than to completely make a number up as resistance training is impossible to track

    2) you're not doing strength training. you're doing cardio, maybe endurance training.

    I didn't know how to log it for ages until a friend found it on hers! But as jcolier said its listed a strength training

    Depending on what you're doing.. I went to a similar type of body pump class and I logged it as circuit training.
