Does anyone know how to track the Insanity workout in the exercise section?

I use my HRM and add my own entries. If you don't have a HRM, maybe log it as circuit training?0

A heart rate monitor is the best in my opinion, but I think a lot of people put it under vigorous calisthenics. You could also join the insanity group and try to find someone who is a similar age, weight, and height as you and see what they got.0

I use a HRM, but I've seen people without one log as vigorous calisthenics or circuit training. HRM will give you a better estimate.0

HRM is the best way to go for sure, since it's tracking you the whole way through. I use mine, but I log it as circuit training. Since I've started using my HRM I've actually found that MFP tends to underestimate the calories burned for various activities (at least as far as the comparison between theirs and my results have been)0

I make my own cardio and figure 12.5 cals per min. It usually comes out pretty close0
