How many calories has the app given you? Why does your sister have so many more? Is she a lot taller? Have you set your goals at the same level? Sorry about all the questions but your question is a bit vague on details to be able to help!0

My sister is 2lb heavier, and 2" taller than me. She is 29 and I'm 24. We exercise together and do the same amount. I have been given 1200 calories, and she has 1590. We are just about to check her goal settings. Thank you for replying x0

you feel energized strong? enuff to work out hard and live your life passionately ? then sure the calls are right on:) just make constant adjustments0

As she is not a lot taller than you, her goals must be set differently. Maybe 1.5 pounds a week compared to your 2 pounds a week?
You're welcome!0 -

The calories the app gives you are based on a formula. Your height, age, and weight are used along with your activity level. Since your height, weight, and age are all different it makes sense that your calorie goals will be different to achieve the same results. I'd still make sure your weight loss goals are the same (1 lb per week, etc) if you want to compare. If you don't have your activity levels set the same (sedentary, etc) then that would be another reason the calories would be different.
Odds are the 2 of you will not have identical calorie requirements.0 -
What csch79 said. Plus the formula takes into account how many pounds per week you said you want to lose. FYI, realistically, with only a few pounds to lose, your goal should only be 1/2 pound per week, 1 pound at the most.0

Your probably put in different activity levels.0

Thank you all for the help. We have our goal set as 1lb per week. But will be changed soon as we don't have that far to go. Our activity levels are slightly different, she has her set as active. I don't feel like I am as active during the day so my activity level is set less. Although I am constantly hungry, which is why I asked about my calories x0

If you are constantly hungry, you are probably not eating enough. Just a guess.0 -
You need to match your activity with the diet. If you are always hungry, it won't be wrong to eat an apple or any fruit. It's healthy and it will not ruin your diet.0
