Hi.....
I want to start with TDEE -20%. I have read a lot on this but am still confused. I am still not sure what my TDEE-20% number is. I am 45 female, current weight at 160. My height is 5"4' . My day is sedentary but I do exercise 5-6 times a week. The exercise is 15mins of rowing, walking at 3mph for an hour and weights/strength training for about 20mins. Could any one pls help me calculate how many calories I should be eating.
More back ground...I have lost 20lbs in the last 4 months. Initially with a low cal diet and then with Atkins, but I had to quit Atkins as I just cant eat that much meat!!
Sorry about the rambling post. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks AJ_G! This is exactly why I am so confused. all the calculators that I have run have got my TDEE at around 2300. And my BMR at around 1500. I so dont want to wreck my chances by eating at the incorrect calorie number!0
