Was just thinking.......
Some of you have mentioned what about an icing ? How about fresh fruit slices on top or even better yet a spoonful of preserves, jam or jelly (sugar free or regular - your preference ) on top of it ??0 -
I don't buy flavored yogurt, but I'm sure plain would work with the vanilla and the flavor of the cake mix being enough.
Could probably even add a little protein powder in too :-)

Someone probably already said this but just thought I'd add a sugar free and yummy cake or cupcakes.
One box of pillsbury sugar free chocolate fudge brownie mix
7 ounces of diet dark (diet coke, diet pepsi, diet dr. pepper any soda diet and dark)
One extra large egg white
SO YUM.
You can also add dark chocolate chips
If you don't add chocolate chips and you make 12 servings it's 92 calories.0 -

I freeze cupcakes, cookies, brownies...pretty much everything, and once they defrost they are fine!0
