I don't know if I ever shared this before. Been working on myself since 2009. Started with weight watchers. Then working out. Mainly elliptical machine and light weights. Jumped to myfitnesspal and I have been through Insanity twice. Current working on Yoga. DDP Yoga to be exact. We can all do it. We just need our time. When it is your time. You know. Well I don't know. That is how it worked for me. Thanks for reading.

    I am loving DDP Yoga! I never would have thought I could feel as great as I do... doing Yoga! I am a believer. :)
