Weight watchers pro points

I'm interested to use mpf & the weight watchers pro points at the same time. I don't really want to join weight watchers though so could someone tell me how many points I should be eating!
I'm female, 29, 5'5 & weigh 156lb

    How do you do them at the same time? One is using points and the other is calories???

    I follow WW while also logging my calories on MFP as I'm curious about my macros. The link below will work out your points for you plus on top of your daily points you get 49 additional points to use however you like over the course of the week and you can also earn exercise points. One point roughly equates to 40 calories and as I am on 29 points per day I have my calories set to 1450 which incorporates some of my weeklies as well. Some days I go over this, some days I go under but I am losing steadily while not depriving myself.

    If you have an android phone there is an app which is around £1.49 and is better than the WW official app. I think it's called 'Value Diary'.

    Yes 40 calories per pro point, if you can be bothered to work it all out
