Two week menu for weight loss
Hey guys, so this is my two week weight loss meal plan for this and next week. I thought I would share it with anyone who is interested. I try to keep all the veggies and fruits organic and yet try to keep the menu on a budget. Please keep in mind that there are some repeats. No dairy is used, only almond milk if needed. The only oils used are olive oil and coconut oil, depending. Just thought I'd share, to give ideas. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear!

Thanks for the great ideas, your menu is making me hungry but its 10pm here lol.
Do you have snacks as well and if so what sort of things.0 -
I would lose my mind eating on this meal plan, everything is so boring and repetitive. Eating this way is not necessary for weight loss, but do whatever works for you...0

Yes, I do organic granola bars, mandarin oranges, ginger tea and green tea to curb cravings, things like that. Also organic fruit, apples are my favorite. Hope it helps0 -

Lol these are foods I actually enjoy and like to eat. If you don't like it, don't eat it. I'm not recommending everyone do what I do, just sharing for those who are interested..0 -
The Greek Cucumber Salad sounds yummy. How do you make it?0
