    thank you!!! i used to hear all the time if i can do it anyone can, and i would roll my eyes and thing what ever but now i know what they ment. I won't say it but i will say, you can do this... !!! If you need any friends, i would love to help motivate you on your journey!

    Way to go! Our journey is similar in that I set 200 as my dream goal. I am less than a pound away and it amazes me. Like you, something clicked this time. I am so happy for you as I completely get what a big deal it is. Keep on keeping on, you've got this!!

    congrats on almost there... i know you will be there anytime!!!! it is hard to believe that i have done it... i still see the heavier me in the mirror but am slowly starting to see the new me....
