To eat or not to eat ???

Need some food for thought if you will :)

My goal calories using TDEE-% is 1520 all though I think I am calculating my workouts wrong and it might be higher :/ I am usually satisfied between 1400 - 1600 (I zig zag some days) However today I did not get my full planned workout in thanks to my DVD player kicking out on me 33 minutes in and I am wondering if this is affecting my appetite. Yesterday I had the hungry horrors lol

Currently I have consumed about 1152 calories net just about 800...I am NOT at all hungry actually feel full from dinner still) and go to bed in 45 minutes. Do I try and shove something high calorie down my throat just to hit my goal following the rules...or not simply because I am really not at all hungry and just make it up on another day this week. I usually zig zag like I said but I am not usually under 1200 when I do.

    I would not make myself eat if I wasnt hungry unless i was way under my cals on a regular basis. I say dont eat imho :)

    I agree with Sandy.......................sometimes, your body is just telling you to rest.

    I chose not to eat :) Woke up starving this morning haha

    It doesn't happen that often so I felt ok not hitting my target. Will have to keep an eye on it to make sure it does not become a regular occurrence. Thanks!
