So someone brought mini blueberry muffins to work. I went out to the frig to get my grapes for snack and their they were . . . . those cute little delicious mini blueberry muffins. I said to myself, I can have one if I count in the calories. So I looked at the calories and they have 180 calories (or 160 or something like that). And I decided that was just too many calories for such an itty bitty muffin. So I proceeded to the frig to get my grapes. I bypassed those cute little mini blueberry muffins (that someone probably sneezed on anyway :laugh: ) and came back to my desk with my delicious, clean, beautiful green grapes. :bigsmile:

good for you! one of my coworkers brought in a boysenberry pie last week. i was tempted till i looked up the calories in one slice... approx 550!!!!! so i stuck with my apple.0

One of my managers brought in Free Pizza for everyone . I had one baby slice and people kept insisting I eat more .. but i told them I had breakfast not too long ago and eventually they gave up and i was proud of myself for my will power0

I get tempted all the time at my job:grumble: !! We always have cake, cookies and food!! Because there's always someone leaving the company, getting pregnant, starting the company, getting a promotion, married ... So of, course being the pigs that we are we seem to always celebrate by bringing food:indifferent: ! i commend you:flowerforyou: . Even I have a hard time resisting some of the food.:devil: Especially when it seems to always be in my face! I'm learning now to bring my own little stash of healthy foods that way I won't get tempted by the fatty stuff!
Keep that mind set and I know, you will reach your goal in no time!!0 -
