hello,
i have been a member for a while but then fell off the wagon. Im back and want to do it properly so need motivational friends to help. I am a size 14/16 and want to get back down to a 10. thanks

    Btw, am a 16/18 depending on whose clothes I'm trying to wear. Would like to get down to a 12.
