Synch with exercise apps like Runkeeper

How quickly / frequently does this app synch exercises from Runkeeper and other exercise apps like that? I work out with Runkeeper, my accounts are synced, but the updated exercise doesn't appear in Myfitnesspal...

    Hi!

    I use Endomondo, which keeps track of my walks, runs, etc., and once I'm done it's synced directly to MFP.

    As soon as I hit save on runkeeper, it is on MFP, once I refresh the page. If this is not the case, make sure you have linked account through both Runkeeper and MFP. That is what finally made it happen for me.
