Keep it up, MFP is a great tool for weight loss
  • I think I lost around 6 pounds my first week. Some people say that it is only possible for someone to lose 1 pound a week, and I think that is completely inaccurate. Unless, they were referring to the weight you lose after your first 10 pounds. I read somewhere that your first 10 pounds is only water weight, which is the easiest to lose, and everything after that is fat. But that is information that I read online, which might not be accurate.

    You can do it!
