Ab ripper X hands down..:)0

I find that planks and push-ups really work the abs.0

Planks and sit ups. Although I'm not fond of sit ups as they bother my back some. Still I've got to do something to tone the tummy!0
-
I've been doing planks, reverse crunches, and occasionally bicycles.0

The ones I do not do lol
Plank w
Really helped at first but now I do not work abs directly anymore0 -
Leg raises lying down - lifting my neck up engages the core more. Just make sure you keep your back on the floor at all times0

Vertical knee raise. That will kill you in the best way possible.0

Planks! Usually two sets for thirty seconds.
Side note, NSV: I did side planks for the first time this week! I could never do them before.0 -
Heavy Squats, without a doubt.0

I use the Ab yoga routines on My Daily Yoga (I think that's what it's called.. it's on my tablet at home). I think I'm going to start mixing it up with the popular 30 day ab challenge calender that has been going around.
But.. Full Boat Pose.. that will work some abs! I can barely do the half boat right now, but just getting to that point was a serious NSV for me. I didn't specifically work on my abs much after I had my kid and it really shows when I do those workouts. The controlled "flying," from plank to standing yoga move will probably work some serious abs as well as the rest of your body. You can probably find Rodney Yee on youtube doing it if you want to see some amazing body control.0 -
Ab wheel! 50 reps 6x/week0

Heavy Squats, without a doubt.
This....
BTW...sit-ups don't work abs....they stress the hipflexors.0 -
The wheel. Planks. I doubt this is the correct name but on Turbo Fire they call them "training camp". Pushups. Crunches. Leg Lifts. Standing crunches. Standing side knee lifts. Zumba.0
