gained 1kg in 2 days but havent changed my diet!?

all ive done really is lifted weights these two days (resulting in a very fudging sore body now) and i didnt change my diet too much other than more protein. Today the scale said i was 1kg heavier yet i think i look pretty much the same if not even slightly leaner O.O is that even possible to gain muscle in 2 days

    When people start exercising regularly, not only doesthe body begin to increase muscle mass, it also starts to produce more blood in order to transport needed oxygen around the body. This innevitably results in an increase in total body weight as blood is quite heavy. My general rule of thumb is, as long as you're not increasing body fat, who cares where the extra weight comes from.

    Don't worry about the scales. (I should take my own advice).
    I thought I'd do what a few people I know say they do (TMI ahead) but a few of my MFP & other people I know losing weight say that they weigh themselves then go & do their business & can weigh grams less.
    So this morning, I did just that and guess what....I stayed the same as before I went!?! Our bodies can be fickle things. Keep doing what you are doing.
