Help! 100 calories, no carbs no sugar

I have 100 calories left today. I'm not hungry, but I try to meet my calorie goals. I can't have anymore carbs or sugar ( pre diabetic so I try to stick to low sugar low carb. What the heck can I eat? If I eat another protein source I'm gonna barf for real. I've already had protein shake, eggs, shrimp and edamame. Ugh...What is a girl to do?

    First I would say if you're not hungry don't eat. But I think almonds would be a good choice. Good protein and fat, low carb and sugar.
