homemade pizza
With cauliflower crust..now, i am against using real dough at all..but i am also not against trying something new
so here it is:
I did all calculations on how much I put on it.
Fat: 25g
Carbs: 11g
Total calories: 350 (for the whole thing)
Cauliflower Pizza crust:
Half head of cauliflower steamed, & wring out with dish towel of most of the water( you want it to be dry & powdery like
What i mixed in:
Garlic powder
Basil
parsely
Nutritional yeast
1 egg
Little bit of extra Virgin olive oil (maybe 1/2 tbsp)
Crushed mixed red pepper (kind of like they use as toppings at pizza places)
, preheat oven to 450* & place parchment paper on baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, place your concoction on it and flatten, not to thin, not to thick) Bake for about 8-10 (I did until brownish)
Pulled out & put 1/4 cup of sauce, skim mozzarella cheese & 13 pepperonis. & placed back in oven & baked for another 15 minutes or so.,just until it looked done.
Disclaimer: I winged it kind of, saw a recipe on a website & just kind of threw it together since I didn't have everything
