Hey everyone!

Another newbie on here! I am in my mid 20's and I have lots of work to do, and would like to find friends that will be supportive because I in turn will be supportive of them!

feel free to add me, or inbox me to know more of my goals :)

Good luck! Just remember, every time you want to give in, give it just a little bit more! :-)

Very much so. Remember, it takes 21 days to form a habit. Push yourself those 21 days! Eventually, it will become a MUST. Your day will be incomplete without your fitness routine.

Anyone can feel free to add me. I'm a profile-snooper and enjoy reading your food diaries. So, if that's not something that's off-putting to you, I love having tons of MFP friends!

Good luck! To keep yourself motivated surround yourself with everythign fitenss and health... Get apps for fitness music (I use Fit Radio), calorie counters like NFP, running app like Runtastic/ Run Keeper. If you want planned workouts look at Nike Training Club - they have demos and levels - all free!

And always remember why you started :D
