Started 50 Days ago...@ 440 Lbs!

Goal#1 Get under 400 Lbs (Success!)
Goal#2 Lose 50 Lbs (Success)!

Very proud of myself! :)
Focus on calories first, exercise second and Sodium levels is a close third.
Having a high calorie reset treat day once a week is also a must!

I'm getting there!
