Getting out of a Rut.

Ok so I'm sure we've all had some not so good weeks, for me this has been one of them. I have two things I would like to ask.
1) Could some one check my diary and tell me if they think I have eaten too badly? We are our own harshest critics and my friends are trying to convince me I shouldn't worry and that I've done really well
2) What do you do to get yourself re-motivated and back on track?

You'd have to open your diary first and it really doesn't matter much what you eat as long as you stay in budget.0

I am in the process of getting out of a rut myself. I bought a pair of work pants that are just a bit too snug, nothing horrible looking, just a tad. This helps me from mindless eating during the day at work.
Also, working out puts me back on track for eating right. I've been in a working out rut lately too so I started working out with my sister, who is a personal trainer. It's just once a week but it's different which means it's more exciting and fun for me. It makes me want to work out more often again.
Anyway, you just have to find what inspires you to stay within your food limits and exercise more. Good luck.0 -
Have you updated your goals recently? Once you start losing weight, your calories will change. I try to update mine every 10-15 lbs lost.0

Thanks for the feedback My diary is now public so you should be able to see it. My calories for today were much lower than yesterday, and I've actually ended up eating not enough. I'm going to try and keep to my week's calorie allowance rather than looking at just the individual days I didn't do so well and hopefully I will see a change.0
