hi all. I just want to make sure I have this information correct with TDEE. I am a stay at home mom (until end of aug.) I do the usual mom stuff: cook, clean, chase my son, laundry, etc. I workout 6 days a week. Mostly my workout is 30 min (whatever workout program i'm doing at the time) currently i'm doing jillian Michal's body revolution. On top of that I try to walk 30 minutes 3 days a week. I set my activity level to light. does that sound reasonable?? With that, it gave me a TDEE of 2036 and with a 20% deficit that puts me to 1629. My BMR is 1551. I guess I'm worried about not having the correct activity level. any help from you more experienced would be appreciated! Thanks!

Definitely not light, moderate at least.
30 mins 6 days a week would be 3 hrs, plus another hour and a half a week of walking falls into the 3-5 hours/week moderate exercise.
