I make my own own if I can, since most of the ones that I buy make me throw up and it seems like you need a million of them. I take a multi-vitamin (Rainbow Light Prenatal to help with the hair loss I get from my BC pill), turmeric (just the stuff you cook curry with, I put it in gelatin capsules), greens powder (which is a lot of things like kelp, spinach, and kale dried up and ground) and a probiotic powder (I put in a gelatin capsule again, it's things like barley and wheat grass). I try not to take too many and to get as close as possible to food sources. And I made sure to get my doc's approval. I throw up pills really easily and these all go down super easily with or without solid food. I don't count them in my food diary since I want to make sure I'm getting the nutrients I need from my food, but they have really helped to combat the specific problems I use them for. Much much better than having to get prescriptions from my doctor.

none at all. I have a container of whey isolate in my cupboard that I use occasionally, but haven't had any for ages.

Amino acids when I do hard and/or long workouts and B-12 injections because my levels aren't so great. I also use a greens supplement in smoothies when I make them.
