So I have a deal withmyself. I hate facial hair. It bugs me. So I told myself I cant shave until I hit 375. Well technically 374.9. Anyways, here is my first roughly 25lbs gone. Here is to another 25 lbs!!!

    Way to go brother, I made the same deal with myself, no shaving till I lose 40 pounds, I have 13 to go, and 32 to hit my MFP goal of 205. Keep up the good work. Oh, after a while you get used to the hair.

    thanks all! Cant wait to fill in that 4th box. I have also gone down a shirt size and my pants were looser yesterday. So while I cant see it in a mirror myself, I can feel it in the clothes. Gonna only get better from here.

    I've always wondered why more guys don't go in for laser hair removal. My sons hate shaving and my oldest is considering it because he thinks he'd look stupid with a beard or moustache anyway. P.S. You look fabulous. Good work!
