Has anyone heard of it? Does it work? Good, bad, ugly?

    Ugly.

I think there are a few posts on it already - try a quick search.

Me... I looked it up and laughed like a, erm, laughing thing.

Ketones aren't what they are selling you, honest!

You'll find on MFP that most users don't believe in pills, supplements (unless it's protein powder), etc. We see it as a waste of money and nothing else but a scam.

But maybe if you grind Raspberry Ketone pills and put it in - let's say cupcakes - it might give them a slight, delicious berry flavor. Yummy.

Having tried all sorts of this kind of stuff early on I can tell you that raspberry ketones and anything else proclaiming magical weight loss is bull**** and a waste of $$$. Just modern day...

Best to get it through your head early that it's all about hard work, dedication, and perseverance.

Heard of it. I am trying a raspberry ketone wrap today. Don't know if it will do anything. I guess it supposed to detox your body. We'll see.

Oh sorry, I suppose I should have searched it before I posted. Thanks for all the responses.

Don't apologise. Everyone has what someone else considers to be daft questions. It is bad enough on some threads, all the snarky responses.

At least you saved some money :)
