Spinach replacement?

I have a huge spinach salad 4-5 times a week and am starting to get sick of it. What other things can I use instead? I'm not a fan of kale. Also any other easy and cheap salad ideas?

Anything really! Iceberg, rocket, lambs lettuce....anything and everything! I never have my salad with just one leaf

Arugula or watercress too are good ideas!

When I get tired of spinach/lettuce salads I replace the leaves wtih seasonal vegetables that have been steamed and then refrigerated - so they are cold, but cooked...this time of year we have lots of yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant, mushrooms and such summer veggies available...just add your normal salad dressing or favorite toppings...still getting veggies, but a totally different texture than eating leaves all the time...

I made a Cooking Light Greek pasta salad that was delicious, low cal and held up for two days. (I ate it for 3 but the 3rd day was a bit mushy w/the tomatoes.) I also make arugula salads w/some romaine or butter leaf mixed throughout, and quinoa, black bean salads w/a chipotle lime vinaigrette.

kale, escarole, swiss chard are all good subs

I use kale in my Spanakopita and do a braised escarole with fresh fettuccine some fresh herbs maybe toss in some sun dried tomato and served :)

endive, dandelion, frisée, mizuna, mâche, radicchio and sorrel are other good ones!
