Hello.

Firstly, Let me introduce myself.

My name is James, I am 18 years old, I am carrying a lot more weight lets say than I should be haha.

I finally decided that I need to change my lifestyle around, I have done all the basics such as TDEE,BMR,EXERCISE, but the thing that I am struggling with is planning a shopping list.

What do you lot suggest I Put on my list?


Protein

Carbohydrates

Fat

Etc

    My weekly list looks something like this. I typically stay away from anything boxed or canned except for Fiber One cereal once in a while and any baking I do is with soy flour (high fiber, high protein, gluten free). I also always keep popcorn kernals on hand to toss into my air popper.

    Protein
    5lbs chicken breast
    2lbs ground beef
    1doz eggs

    Dairy
    1gal almond milk
    2 large containers Greek yogurt
    shredded cheese

    Veggies
    potatoes
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    avocado
    green beans
    onion


    Fruit
    frozen blueberries
    apples
    peaches
    banana

    Hi James,

    Here is what mine is most of the time:

    Protein:
    Chicken breast
    Tilapia
    Tuna
    Top Sirloin
    Ground Chuck
    A dozen eggs
    Quest Bars (delish!) (Usually buy a box every month)
    GNC Total Lean Protein Powder (Usually a container a month)


    Dairy:
    Dannon Light and Fit Greek Yogurt (Black Cherry is my favorite and only 80 calories)
    Shredded cheese
    FF Cottage Cheese

    Vegetables:
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower
    Grape Tomatoes
    Red Onions
    Red and Green Peppers
    Lettuce
    Green beans
    Cucumbers
    Dill pickles
